Cyclefit, the team also behind the Cyclefit ICS, has taken on UK distribution duties for eSoles – the modular insoles system for cycling, walking and running orthotics.
The eSoles range includes the eFit – modular footbeds designed using a mathematical analysis of the 3D shapes and sizes of actual feet from a foot scan database consisting of over 50,000 Olympians, professional athletes and the general hoi polloi too.
Years of R&D have resulting in a focus on three aspects; Advanced Design Insole – specifically designed and forged from multi-density foam; Interchangeable arch system – a patented feature that supports the arch and adapts to the foot by moulding to the natural contours under normal body heat, with scientifically designed ribs to allow controlled flex as your feet move. Finally, metatarsal pads – available in different heights – support the foot’s transverse arch and helps prevent hot spots and numbness in the forefoot and toe area.
The eFit Custom Modular Footbeds are available in three different categories – walking, running and cycling – and is an official supplier to USA Cycling, as well as the PGA Tour.
The eSoles eFit footbed is being offered to bike fitters and shops with fitting studios to complement their existing offering. With an initial sign-up order of 30 footbeds a day’s free training will be provided.
