Cyclescheme, Merida Bikes and Primera Sports have combined for the ‘BikeMiles January Journey’ competition, encouraging Cyclescheme participants to make the most of their daily cycle commute to win prizes.
Participants have until January 25th 2013 to log into BikeMiles and record as many commuting journeys as they can, with the ‘Gold reward’ offering brand new Merida bikes for the man and woman who log the most commuting journeys in January. Those who log at least ten commuting journeys in January will automatically qualify for the Silver reward category and be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of 25 £20 iGo Bike Gift Vouchers.
To qualify for a Bronze level prize participants need only to log just one commuting journey in January to receive a ten per cent discount voucher at Primera Sports.
Those with the Merida top prizes in sight can keep an eye on where they are in the table by checking the National Hub leader board in their BikeMiles account.
Similar to air miles, BikeMiles allows cyclists to turn miles into rewards. Using a mobile app and the MyCyclescheme online hub, Cyclescheme participants will be able to log miles cycled and convert their effort into discounts and vouchers from some of the UK’s biggest lifestyle brands.
