Cycle-specific web-delivered TV channel premieres pay-to-view content

Cycling.TV has viewers in 59 countries and 63 000 30-second adverts - from Ridley, Kona, Cannondale, Muddy Fox and others - were viewed in July. The channel, delivered via the internet, has also had footage appear on Eurosport and will soon offer 'A Sunday in Hell ' by Jorgen Leth as one of its pay-to-view movies.

Cycling.TV broadcast the first live road cycling in the UK for over six years when it streamed the British National Road Race Championships from Celtic Manor. Highlights of the championships aired on Eurosport prior to the

prologue of the Tour de France.

From 9th August, the channel will air sixteen 30-minute highlights shows of all this years UCI MTB World Cup events.

Not all of the content is pay-to-view but to receive 'A Sunday in Hell', the classic film about Paris-Roubaix and some cobbles, a fee will be charged. The payment allows viewers to watch the movie as often as they want.
