A £300 million package of transport spending for Wales was announced by the Welsh Assembly last week. The new Sustrans office in Wales gets £2.7m to create more safe routes to school

just one scheme pioneered by Sustrans designed to reduce car dependency.

Now we have a dedicated Welsh office based in Cardiff, Sustrans is ideally positioned to help address transport issues and develop travel plans in accordance with the Assembly's aim to achieve large-scale improvements in integrated transport for the Welsh people."
