Dennis Publishing’s Cyclist magazine has become media partner for the 2013 Pearl Izumi Tour Series.
Cyclist, launched last year, will support the series which gets underway in Kirkcaldy on Tuesday May 14th and ends in Ipswich on Friday June 14th.
As well as the supporting media partner across Cyclist and the extended Dennis Publishing fitness portfolio – including Men’s Fitness, Women’s Fitness and Health & Fitness magazines – Cyclist will also be the ‘Presenting Partner’ for the Canary Wharf Series on June 6th.
“This is a great opportunity for us to get the Cyclist brand out there as part of our first full year,” said publisher Nicola Bates.
“We want to push awareness and sampling as much as possible in year one, and the 11 stages of The Pearl Izumi Tour Series gives us a great opportunity to do that. Being presenting partner at Canary Wharf also provides a great opportunity to cover another element of our marketing aimed at the corporate and city audience where Cyclist has been greatly received already. As presenting partner at the Canary Wharf series, Cyclist will enter a five man team into the ‘Corporate Grand Prix’ race where it will be competing against teams from IG, Credit Suisse, Madison and Thomson Reuters to name but a few.
