Court bars Hippolite and Holme for four and six years respectively for "unfit conduct".

Direct Replacement’s directors are disqualified

Direct Replacements Ltd., the insurance replacements business of Deeside, went into liquidation on August 1st, 2001. It had run up a debt of £542 090.

As well as the cycle side of the business, directors Jeffery Hippolite and Mike Holme did insurance replacement work for domestic garden equipment.

Hippolite and Holme are now prevented from being a company director or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned or taking part in the promotion, formation or management of a company.
