Ergon's GreenLab project bore fruit at Interbike in the form of the BioKork grip.

Made from cork, 40 per cent of the grip's mass comes from a sustainable source in Portugal. The soft material offers fantastic vibration damping, as well as antibacterial qualities, so is an ideal material for a grip.

Embedded within the cork is gel insert manufactured from vegetable oil, further adding to the grips eco-credentials. The lock-on end cap is also made from fully recyclable aluminium.
