Fisher show rubs will be provided by Tour de France vets

IBDs on the Saturday bike ride at the West Brom Fisher Outdoor Leisure show will get a post-ride rub down by either Irishman Martin Earley, winner of a stage in the 1989 Tour de France, or comeback kid Adrian Timmis, a rider for the ANC Halfords team in the 1987 Tour de France.

Timmis works part time at Swinnerton Cycles and has a sports massage and coaching business, too. He was team masseur for the Linda McCartney squad in the 2000 Giro d'Italia and rubbed for the Brits at the Commonwealth Games at Manchester in 2002. He has also started his own three-man team for 2004,

The post-ride rub downs will be offered on Saturday morning at the Sandwell Valley Park MTB course.
