Foxster has launched a brand new trade website at www.secondlevel.co.uk.
The trade portal allows dealers to check stock and availability on items 24 hours a day and also manage their account online. The website is supported with Foxster’s internal telesales and marketing team, UK agents and a showroom for dealers.
The firm also offers a facility where dealers can display its product on their web site and despatch this directly to their customers.
This year Foxster also launched the Jeantex Cycling Clothing brand to the UK. Featuring fabric technologies that surpass European breathable and waterproof standards, the firm offers competitive pricing and the range is currently being sold into UK dealerships.
John Crayford said: “We wanted to develop a strong value proposition for the independent bike dealer so putting the range aside for the time being we decided to look at all aspects of providing high service levels.”
Crayford added: “We like to work on a forward order basis but we still offer dealers the chance to buy ex stock. This is a fair commitment we are making especially in today’s economic climate.
“We offer many products that you simply cannot buy in the UK at the moment but which there is a huge demand for.”
