Smash world record by three seconds

GB grab gold in men’s team pursuit

Bradley Wiggins, Gerriant Thomas, Ed clancy and Paul Manning have just secured another cycling gold in the Men’s team pursuit.

The previous world record has been smashed by the quad, who clocked 3 minutes 53 seconds, three seconds below the previous record. The team also finished 6.7 seconds ahead of their Danish competitors.

Great Brittain is now third in the overall medal standings with 12 Gold medals and the prospect of plenty more.
