Following their departure from Rutland Cycling, Steve Gill and Dominic Coates – with Joe McNeice – have founded SDJ Sports.
SDJ Sports is an online sports retailer who’s main focus will be the cycle market.
Gill will take on the managing director role, with Coates as operations director and McNeice as financial director.
"The response we have had at such an early stage has been incredible and far in excess of anything we ever imagined," Gill told BikeBiz.
"We are humbled and flattered that so many of you have taken the time to pass on your best wishes and support for our new venture. We are looking forward to dealing with you all in 2013, a very Happy New Year from all of the SDJ Sports team."
