The Hive line, available in the UK via Jungle Products, is to make a complete line of high-end road components, beginning with the pictured REVL Carbon brake.
Based in the US, the brand has come up with a brake that offers stopping force equal to leading top-end dual pivots, also providing simple centering and a class-leading weight savings of over 60 grams per bike.
The Hive will offer two rocker options, labeled with the approximate leverage ratio provided by the rocker. The force gain is either "1.3"or "1.4". The 1.3 leverage ratio is appropriate for Dura-Ace 7800 and prior, Campagnolo, and SRAM products. 1.4 is for Dura Ace 7900, and UltegraSL/6700.
The REVL Carbon retails for £279.99 and comes with SwissStop pads.
