Ison’s Lloyd Townsend was at Evans Cycles, Gatwick, last week. He had with him one of his Identiti 666 frames. It got driven over by mistake yet was not damaged…

How strong is an Identiti 666 frame?

Townsend takes up the tale:

“Upon returning some samples to my car, one of the helpful Evans staff left a 666 frame in its box in the car park ready to be loaded into my car, whilst he and I ferried the remaining samples.

“In the meantime, another member of Evans staff got into their car and proceeded to unwittingly drive over the boxed frame.

“He stopped after the nearside wheel had completed to journey over the box, to leave the thing wedged under his doorsill.

”We managed to free the box and opened it, expecting the worst, to find not a mark or an out of position tube anywhere.”

Identiti 666 jump frames are built with 4130 cro-mo tubing billed by Ison as T.A.F: “Tough As F….” Er, flip?
