Indoors Interbike opens in Las Vegas

Following the cooler-than-usual Outdoor Demo, the indoor Interbike opened today.

The indoors Interbike kicked off this morning with another unseasonal rain shower. Fears about an earlier-in-the-season Interbike frying visitors have proved unfounded.

Locals are loving the weather, a respite from the normally brutal Nevada late summer. For show attendees, the rain is a major topic of conversation.

Artist Kathleen King is downstairs working on one of her 'squiggle' bike paintings. The finished painting will be raffled off to benefit charities Kids on Bikes and 1000 Bikes for Kids.
