Is cycle sport the new Rock ‘n’ Roll?

The publicity blurb says Green, "gets behind the security cordon of Le Tour de France to provide a rock ‘n’ roll account of the world’s greatest cycle race."

So, is this a book form of Scott Coady’s film The Tour Baby, or a non-fiction account of the Tour similar to Freya North’s 1999 novel, Cat?

Could be.
