Islabikes has produced two own-brand after-market tyres saying that tyre choices available for children from existing brands is "limited". The tyres have been named Gréim and Réidh, Scots Gaelic for "grip" and "smooth" respectively.

Gréim (pronounced ga-rhyme) is a cyclo-cross race tyre, the tread pattern of which was conceived during the development of Islabikes’ Pro Series CX range of bikes. (Company principal Isla Rowntree is a champion CX racer.) The Gréim will be available in a lightweight folding variant and a puncture-protected wire bead version, in three sizes (24x1.18, 26x1.22 and 700-32c). The 185 TPI casing on a folding Kevlar bead incorporates skinwall technology giving a smooth and supple ride at lower pressures, says a statement from the company.

There are two variants: Gréim Pro and Gréim, with Gréim Pro being lighter and more expensive.

The Réidh (pronounced ree) is now spec’d as standard on Rothan, Cnoc and Beinn models and is a general purpose tyre, featuring puncture protection thanks to a Kevlar belt, and reflective sidewalls.
