New web portal launches celebrating ten years of UK frame design; Three models also created for anniversary

Kinesis Decade site goes live

Kinesisdecade.co.uk went live over the Easter weekend, a new website marking Kenesis Bikes’ tenth year of UK frame design.

The portal includes the latest product details and news for Kinesis’ Decade.

You can find the site here – www.kinesisdecade.co.uk.

The firm is also marking the anniversary with three new frames for 2009 – the Tripster, Convert2 and Prestige.

Only the first batch of each frame will include the 10yr decal on the seat tube, which is strictly limited edition.

Kinesis promises the Decade range will be adaptable and will fit niches ‘that are not properly catered for by the mass manufacturers.

The Tripster is a fast commuter bike that can also be used in different situations and wheel sizes, while the Convert2 uses ‘Swopout’ dropouts meaning it can be run as a stripped down fixie, or alternatively with gears and winter kit. The ‘Swopout’ system is also used on the Tange Prestige MTB, so it can be run with gears or as Single Speed.
