The first Launch event took place on Wednesday at the Manchester velodrome. As gold-medallists pounded the boards, Silverfish, Paligap, Felt and 2x2 showed the new ranges for 2007. There are three other Launch events due to be staged later this month.

Launch launched in velodrome

Showing for the first time – and available in October – were the new Phase Trials bikes, the first output from the union of Team MAD and 2×2.

MAD’s Giles Wolfe was showing off the three-bike range, proclaiming that after ten years of MAD, it was about time they had their own bikes to ride.

Alveston Hill, Thornbury, Bristol, BS35 3JB

Bracknell Leisure Centre:
Thur, 14th September 2006, 10-8pm
