The tool sponsor of the Merida Multivan team, Birzman, is now to have its products distributed exclusively in the UK by Merida.
The entire tool range can be seen at Eurobike (Hall B4-507), as well as at UK roadshows alongside the Merida range during October. Birzman will also be present in full at January’s Core Bike show.
Chris Carter, general manager of Merida bikes commented: "The opportunity to work with Birzman was one we could not turn down. The Birzman brand is very striking and the design of the products is superb, but when you look deeper, you find that the design is much more than superficial, the ergonomics and quality are exceptional."
Birzman has already won a Eurobike 2009 design award for its Dragonfly chain tool.
Birzman’s factory is located close to Merida’s production lines in Taiwan.
