Firm adopts distribution model in Europe, USA and Asia; Brand is set to exhibit at Taipei later this month

NeilPryde goes direct to bike dealers

NeilPryde is to sell its bike range direct to dealers at key locations in Europe – including the UK – as well as in USA, Asia and Australia.

The firm said dealers can take a low risk on stock by dispalying just three to four bikes, but having access to a full range of over 60 SKUs that can be ordered online. Bikes can be ordered from www.neilprydebikes.com for the customer and dealers will receive the full margin. Deliveries are completed within ten days, into 32 countries.

The firm is set to appear at the Taipei International Cycle Show later this month. Held at the Taipei World Trade Centre, Nangan Exhibition Hall on stand J104, the firm is bringing the Alize and Diablo road bikes for visitors, press and dealers to get their hands on.

The Diablo is a high-performance bike aimed at race enthusiasts, with a continuous carbon fibre exoskeleton fully integrated with a monocoque front triangle. The Alize is an aerodynamic road bike, featuring innovative airfoil corss sections designed to extend the trilling edge of the air flow without increasing weight.

Taipei Cycle Show runs from March 16th to 19th, 2011, including on-site events Tour de Taiwan, LEV Conference, International Bicycle Design Competition, Taiwan Cycle Night and outdoor bicycle test-drives.
