Madison and Sustrans will be there. No doubt the ACT will rebook its stand. And there are new zones for climbing, canoeing and adventure sports. The show moves from hall 16 to halls 18, 19 and 20, more than doubling in size

Director Nicola Meadley said: “The Outdoors Show really caught the imagination of the outdoor enthusiast in 2002, with lots of people telling us how much they enjoyed it. Sponsors and exhibitors had a great time too with many more signing up for next year”.

In 2003 the show will acconmodate three new zones:

* Climb 2003, the BMC’s Festival of Climbing, incorporates the International Masters Bouldering Competition in association with A5, an Everest Exhibition celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the first ascent plus major have a go areas for the visitor.

* Canoe 2003, the British Canoe Union’s International Canoe Exhibition will feature a wave machine and pool for demonstrations and activities as well as a line up of canoe and kayak brands.
