The Outdoor Trade Show has posted a decline in attendance year on year, with 1,265 visitors attending the Stoneleigh park industry meet, spanning three days. Last year, 1,427 visitors made the journey.

135 exhibitors took part this year, the largest number to date. The show's organisers said: "Although visitor numbers were down marginally on last year’s show, the organisers received excellent feedback from exhibitors and visitors alike.

When the opening day drew to a close, a large number of exhibitors and visitors gathered for the Outdoor Trade Social where an awards ceremony took place.

Pictured with this story is the Product of the Year Winner and winner of the Accessories category Curt Geiger, founder of the Geigerrig hydration backpack brand. Each of the winners were presented with their award by special guest judge and mountaineer, Bonita Norris.
