Oz bike trade gets news website

David Priestley, former editor/publisher of Australian trade mag Bicycle Industry News, which ceased publication in 2000, has launched a web-only news site.

Publish date:

Visitors need to register to gain access to the news which, said Priestley, will be updated three times or week or "when there's a breaking news story."

Priestley is holding down a full-time job, unrelated to the news website.

He said the site will be a forum for the industry to access news that is as local as the birth of somebody's child, but as international as major events that unfold elsewhere but which have local industry ramifications."
