Peaty's goes 'hot pink' for charity - BikeBiz
Proceeds from the sale of a limited 'hot pink' sealant will go to CLIC Sargent

Cycle cleaning and maintenance brand Peaty’s has revealed a new charitable initiative.

The brand, which was founded by Steve ‘Peaty’ Pete in 2016, will create a limited range of ‘hot pink’ sealant variants, with profits donated to a charity of the brand’s choosing.

“Peaty's has grown quickly over the last few months thanks to you guys, so throughout the year we will be releasing limited edition batches of Peaty’s Tubeless Sealant hot pink pouches which will be giving back to a charity of our choice,” said brand director Tom Makin.

Proceeds from the current batch of pouches will be given the chosen charity for 2018, the children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent.

“When cancer strikes young lives, CLIC Sargent helps families limit the damage cancer causes beyond their health,” said CLIC Sargent’s Lydia Buckmaster. “Today, 11 more children and young people will hear the devastating news that they have cancer. From diagnosis, CLIC Sargent’s specialist care teams will step in, ready to help, support and guide.

"We provide a specialist package of support tailored to each young cancer patient and their family. CLIC Sargent will fight tirelessly for children and young people with cancer, often when they feel they can’t.”

Stock is available right now through Greenover Sports, the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor for Peaty’s Products.
