It’s a 12 month contract (mechanics contracts on road teams are usually 10 months tops)and the team will be doing races all over the world.
All of the mechanic’s living and travel costs will be covered for the full 12 months, and there’s a retainer of $500-600 per month, plus a share of the prize money.
Team manager is Jelle Nijdam. Team leader is Gordon McCauley of New Zealand.
The team starts the tour of Greece on Sunday, March 30th.
