Proviz has added two new helmets, a black version of the electroluminescent jacket, a new rucksack, cycling gloves and vests for its new autumn/winter range.
The new Triton in-mould helmet is manufactured in Proviz yellow or black, retailing at £55.99. With a rounder shape and ‘urban feel’ it features a rear LED light built into the adjustable headring.
The Eris fluorescent yellow helmet has been designed for children, aimed at youngsters either learning to ride or travelling in a cycle seat (RRP £24.99).
Demand has led Proviz to offer a black version of its electroluminescent waterproof cycling jacket, retailing at £72.99. Pitched as the first of its type on the European market, it enables cyclists to stand out on the roads with its four durable and 100 per cent waterproof electroluminescent strips, powered by AA batteries housed in the pocket, which light up cyclists’ torsos and allow them to be seen from a greater distance.
Using the same light-emitting technology, the Proviz fluorescent yellow rucksack has been updated to now include laptop, wallet, phone and hydration bladder compartments (RRP £44.99).
“As the dark mornings and early evenings are upon us, now is the critical time for cyclists to ensure that they stand out on the roads,” said Moore Large’s product manager David Jack.
“The distinguishable fluorescent yellow colour of Proviz’s products, combined with their electroluminescent strips which create a fantastic light source of their own, make you highly visible in all circumstances. Proviz’s eye-catching products have so far proved a huge success and we have already seen a surge in demand for the newest editions to the range this autumn.”
