Im a great believer in brands. Companies own brands but they dont answer the phone with them. When you ring Unilever the receptionists dont answer with Persil, Stork, Lifebouy... Answering the phone as Raleigh Industries covers everything we do. If not, where would you draw the line? If, for arguments sake, we were to buy Cannondale and resurrect the BSA brand it would be silly to ask the receptionists to answer with Raleigh-Diamondback-Cannondale-BSA.
