Ribble Cycles partners with HubBox

British cycle brand, Ribble Cycles, has today announced a new partnership with UK-based collection service HubBox.

The partnership highlights Ribble’s commitment to providing quality service by allowing customers an additional option for the collection of goods. Using HubBox, customers can collect their Ribble delivery of everything but bikes and frames from over 1000 different pre-approved, secure and trusted locations at a time which suits them.

This added level of flexibility simplifies the process of ordering online and means that Ribble customers never have to miss a delivery again.

HubBox operates a network of click and collect parcel delivery points across the UK, carefully selected to ensure they are in the most convenient locations. At Ribble’s checkout, customers will be offered click and collect as a delivery option. After entering their postcode, they will be presented with the Collect Points nearest to them, and they can choose the optimal location based on opening hours, proximity to transport, etc. They will then receive an email with a Collection Code when their parcel arrives which can be used to securely collect their order; they have 14 days to collect for the ultimate convenience.

Chief digital officer for Ribble Cycles Matthew Lawson said: "The additional flexibility means customers can order today and collect from over one thousand different locations Nationwide, at a time that suits them. Working with HubBox is another way to ensure we give our customers exactly what they need, when they need it."
