Road.cc has passed the 600,000 monthly unique users tally, having breached half a million just six months ago.
The website's highest monthly uniques for last year stood at just over 500,000 for August and September. April 2013 is set to be road.cc's biggest month ever in terms of unique users, much thanks to 24-hour editorial coverage of road cycling news.
Year on year the site has grown by 75 per cent, with page views more than doubled from April 2012.
The website's recent successes don't stop there, with the site scooping the inaugural Best Use of Social Media Award at the Bike Biz awards in 2012 and place at number 34 in the 2012 Headstream Social Brands 100 list.
Tony Farrelly, co-founder and Editor of road.cc, commented, “Our vision for road.cc was always that it would be the first online port of call for UK-based road cyclists, and we've put together a team of the very best cycling journalists to help us realise that vision. The continued growth of road.cc is evidence that we're connecting with more and more riders both in the UK and further afield, and that success will drive us to make the site even better”
