Distributor Saddleback has launched a brand new B2B e-commerce portal for its dealer-base, where dealers can buy and manage their account online at sb2b.co.uk.
Through a secure login, the B2B portal will allow dealers to check real-time stock availability, place orders directly through the system and manage their account online.
Purchases can be made using a conventional ‘add to basket’ function, quick find or CSV upload functionality. A quick find option instantly displays product availability, simply by typing any part of a product’s name, code or attributes.
Saddleback is offering dealers free delivery on all accessory orders during the B2B site launch period.
Dealers can also manage their account online. The new site allows for multiple logins with a range of access privileges, for viewing previous orders, monitoring order delivery status, checking account balance and the facility to make payments against their account.

The site also offers various dealer tools, like product image and technical information downloads, product news, event updates and the latest product reviews.
A consumer-pricing button allows dealers to switch off trade pricing and instead display a product’s RRP, meaning dealers can share the B2B screen with a consumer to view product images, spec and size info.
In addition a Saddleback B2C site has been created for the general public to help customers engage with Saddleback’s network of dealers. It allows consumers to view the latest products, news, events, reviews and dealer locator and can be found at saddleback.co.uk.
