Smart lights maker announced as regional finalist in magazine's “Economic Disruptor Of The Year” award

See.Sense has been announced as a regional finalist for Scotland and Northern Ireland in the Spectator’s Economic Disruptor Of The Year award. The awards recognise the work of companies who have brought "radical innovation" to their sector, to the benefit of consumers, and are capable of achieving national or international scale. The organisers had received entries from ‘every corner of the UK’, with See.Sense being the only finalist from Northern Ireland.

See.Sense has sold more than 30,000 sets of its smart lights. They contain electronics that react to potential risks such as junctions, and can notify an emergency contact if a cyclist  crashes. The electronics also provide information for city cycling infrastructure planning.

The national winner will be named on 1st November at a posh dinner in central London. The overall winner will be invited to join Spectator’s private dining club made up of the upper echelons of the business and financial communities.
