London-SE1.co.uk has reported that an additional seven Cycle Hire docking stations are to be placed within the SE1 area.

November has been set as the target month by which 350 extra bicycles will become available to users of Waterloo Station, as stated by Transport for London's managing director of surface transport David Brown at City Hall last week.

Planning permission has been granted by Lambeth Council to build docking stations at King Edward Walk and on Westminster Bridge road, located by Morely College and St Thomas' Hospital, respectively.

A planned instalation at Southwark Underground Station will also plug a gap South of the river.
