Manchester's bike show is being backed by the likes of British Cycling, Cycleguard and Schwalbe

Support for Bike Expo’s new format gathers steam

Manchester’s revamped Bike Expo – formerly the Bike and Triathlon show but now a broader four-in-one exhibition for cyclists, triathletes, runners and swimmers – is gaining support ahead of its March launch.

British Cycling is, once again, backing Bike Expo and its attendance at the show is set to include 1,000 free tickets for its members.

Meanwhile, Cycleguard Insurance and Schwalbe Tyres have signed up as show sponsors, with Schwalbe giving away £5,000 worth of prizes as part of its presence at the event.

Other key companies taking part include Wattbike – which has doubled the size of its exhibition stand compared to last year – and Beaconfell, who will be delivering several seminars as part of the event’s popular programme of content.

A new feature for 2015 is the trade day, taking place on Friday 20th March, being backed by cycle trade publication BikeBiz, and will offer cycling industry professionals an exclusive preview of the show.
