RockShox Softtuning, says Dirk Belling of RockShox Global Communications, is a new service program for dealers and customers.
"The story behind it is very simple and clean! Almost all bikes have some kind of suspension and there are many different technologies," says Dirk.
"Many people don’t touch their suspension, because they simply don’t know . We want to change this and have developed short, comic style QuickStart sheets. One sheet per system and model.
"Without tools and taking anything appart, these sheets guide you through the product and give you help to set it up right – step by step.
"These sheets will be posted on the RockShox webpage shortly and also distributed through RockShox distributors to their dealers. Right now the sheets exist in English and German language."
