Taipei show hits fresh highs

The Taipei Cycle Show has once again topped previous records for total participants and foreign exhibitors.

The show, in its 22nd year, saw an increase of interest from foreign participants, with a 2.09 per cent rise to 4,786 visitors. Local attendance rose 14 per cent.

These visitors saw 2,888 booths, a rise of 1.69 per cent over last year. Among overseas visitors, 44.47 per cent came from Asia, and the top five countries lined up (in order high to low) as Japan, USA, Korea, China and Germany. 

Taipei Cycle 2010 is scheduled for March 17th to 20th, while TaiSPO begins on March 18th, running until the 21st.
