Torq of the town

The new Torq gels launched at Cycle 2007 and IBDs raved about flavours
Publish date:

In line with the formulation used in Torq's energy drinks, the company has blended maltodextrin with fructose in a 2:1 ratio. Most other formulations tend to be maltodextrin only, or maltodextrin/glucose blends.

The flavours include yoghurt, despite no dairy products. There's strawberry yoghurt and black cherry yoghurt.

There's also an orange/banana blend, and a forest fruits flavour boosted with a very high dose (89g) of naturally-caffeinated guarana.

All the gels are £1.25 each, except for the guarana version which costs an extra 25p.

Torq is available from Paligap.
