Troy Lee Designs and Fisher Outdoor Leisure part ways

Designer and manufacturer of technical bicycle protection and apparel Troy Lee Designs has announced its long-time UK partner, Zyro-Fisher, will cease distribution of the Californian brand’s products after October 31st, 2016.

Troy Lee Designs have extended their gratitude toward Fisher Outdoor Leisure for their years of service and growth of the TLD Bike brand within the UK. TLD and Fisher go back almost two decades, and end this relationship on good terms with a mutual parting as each focuses on specific goals.

“We had a great run with the Fisher team,” says Troy Lee. “They were instrumental in our first line of bicycle helmets in the late 90s with our iconic Daytona helmet, later with the D2 and D3 full faces. More recently they helped get a lot of traction for our A1 helmet over in the UK, which we can’t thank them enough for. When we really began to focus on riding apparel and protection in mid-2000s, they helped connect us with the right IBDs and customer-base, which helped us grow tremendously. I just want to thank everyone there, and wish them all success in the next chapter as Zyro-Fisher.”

Fisher Outdoor Leisure CEO, Mike Cook, adds: “We’d like to thank Troy and his team for the chance to distribute their brand, we wish them the best of luck and success in the future.”
