VeloCity2003 website goes live

Brian Montgomery of the Paris-based European Bicycle Manufacturers Association sits on the steering committee of VeloCity 2003, and emailed cycle journalists around the world, telling them of the website going live.

BikeBiz.co.uk complained about the lack of a website when news of the abstract seeking went out earlier this year.

"We have lots of goodies in store," said Montgomery.

"A welcome for the delegates at the Town Hall of Paris. Champs Elysées a velo. Cocktails at the Salon du Cycle, and so on.

"There are more than 400 abstracts of good quality to make sure that the conference is lively and full of ideas. Paris is gearing up for the ‘big one!"
