New helmet camera footage has captured the perils of passing cyclists at unsafe speeds first hand. Though the driver gave the cyclists space, passing in the opposing lane, doing so at an estimated 80 mph proved unwise.
Just 20 seconds down the road the car lies overturned on its roof having slammed on the brakes in view of an approaching car.
With cameras proving useful in recording incidents on the road, many manufacturers are coming up with innovative new ways to equip the cyclist with a means to capture bad behaviour on the roads. For example, Ciclosport, now available via Hotlines, have developed these glasses with a central HD camera.
