White Brothers Cycling is a division of Eko Sport, Inc., a manufacturer based in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Eko president Tim Fry said:
"Unlike typical sprung valves, the I.M.V. system senses the oil pressure spike that occurs when your fork hits a bump. It holds the compression circuit open throughout the entire bump, then closes simultaneously with the rebound flow of oil at the end of the bump. The fork is fully active during terrain-induced shock forces, but knows to stay closed when youÂ’re climbing or sprinting."
He claims the I.M.V. damper is "the new leading edge in suspension technology.”
The I.M.V. system will be featured in White BrothersÂ’ new Magic and Magic-29 fork lines with a suggested retail of $675.00.
There are no I.M.V details yet on the White Bros website.
