BikeBiz Award nominated company now has online portal and soon fresh distribution

Wickens and Soderstrom launch website

Wickens and Soderstrom, the UK-blenders of bicycle lubricants and greases, now has an online portal to showcase its range.

Aimed at trade and consumers alike, the website is a shop window for a brand which has made a strong early impression on the UK cycle trade, including a recent tie up with TF Tuned. The product is now the lubricant of choice for the TF service centre and the pair have now collaborated on a new suspension blend, set to be called No.4 Tuned.

The label has also been nominted in the Breakthrough Brand category within the BikeBiz Awards, for which you can sign up to be a judge here.

Company founder Lee Wickens says that the website is just the first step in this commitment to helping their stockists sell the product in a busy marketplace.

“The new website has been designed to help the consumer and prospective retailer understand the range and what makes the Wickens & Soderstrom products so effective,” he says.

“Over the coming months we will add video content, how to guides, blogs and much more in order to make it both informative and entertaining for bike riders of all persuasions from road, BMX and MTB to commuter and leisure cyclists.

“We will also be announcing some new products, high profile sponsorships and showcasing our press reviews both on the site and on our growing social media platforms.

“This is just the beginning for Wickens & Soderstrom. Watch this space,” Wickens concludes.

The brand is actively looking for new retailers and they are encouraging any retailer interested to contact them today for a chat and to try the products for themselves. With strong margins and rapidly increasing consumer awareness, Wickens & Soderstrom are also keen to work with their stockists to help the sell through and encourage repeat purchases.

The brand is found on Twitter here.
