Weeks after winning a BikeBiz Award, Wiggle has picked up another prize for its online retail efforts.
Wiggle won the Cross Border e-Retail title at the e-Commerce Awards for Excellence 2010. The firm was also shortlisted for the Best Customer Experience award.
The retailer's overseas growth, in terms of worldwide visitors and overseas transactions, impressed the judges. Wiggle triumphed over strong competition in the category, including the likes of ASOS.com.
"We are obviously delighted to win this award," said
Martin Talbot, Wiggle's director of marketing.
"For us, this is great recognition of all our hard work and for our customers it confirms that we are the best in the business. We work hard to ensure all Wiggle customers are happy customers, wherever they are in the world, and this award reinforces that."
Wiggle's user reviews also recently passed the 100,000 milestone.
