David Hall has been promoted to the role of chief executive officer with immediate effect.
Hall, formerly director of operations, has replaced Scott Sonnone in the CEO role.
Hall joined Cane Creek in November 2011. Prior to that the lifelong cyclist had worked in a range of leadership positions for businesses including Dillard Paper Company, International Paper Company and Deltec Homes.
Chairman Brad Thorne said: "We brought David on board for his expertise and effective operations skills and then were very impressed by the quality of his leadership. His proven ability to lead has accelerated our growth and led to him being a natural fit as CEO."
Hall added: "I am amazed every day at the passion, talent and dedication of the team. We aren’t the biggest kids on the block, but we maintain a velocity of development by balancing quality resources with a true esprit de corps spirit.
"Out five year plan is aggressive but achievable. We are excited about the legacy products we support and the new products behind the curtain."
