To support Chicken CycleKit’s continuing growth, the distributor has recently expanded its internal sales team.
The company told BikeBiz that the move is set to to ensure a continued high level of customer service and IBD support as the distributor expands with new brands and an increased customer base.
The two new sales team members come from a strong cycling background. Ed Clemens and Jake Hales both have extensive experience in the industry from working in cycle retail and are both riders in the 2017 Spirit Tifosi cycling team.
Sales director Gary Turner said: “It is very important to us that our customers have technically knowledgeable sales staff to speak to; it really helps that all of our sales team have hands-on experience in cycle retail and can offer real-world advice on our specialist range from riding & racing out on the road or trail.”
