Alpinestars MTB Trail Attack returns

Alpinestars has announced the return of MTB Trail Attack at Hamsterley Forest on 22nd July 2018.

Following a successful launch in 2017, MTB Trail Attack 2018 will see riders competing in an open format to set their fastest time down the trails of Hamsterley Forest.

This year riders are given more time to ride. The full field of 200 riders will have four hours to get in as many runs as possible to set their fastest times. After this open session, the field is cut in half with the fastest 100 progressing to the next heat where the slate is wiped clean. After a further 90 minutes, the top 32 riders will compete in one last run down the trail for the chance to win a qualifying position.

Every rider who registers and races will receive a complimentary Alpinestars t-shirt and will be in with a chance of Alpinestars kit in their respective age and gender categories.

MTB Trail Attack will be organised and managed by Focal Events and will take place across the Transmission, Accelerator and Nitrous trails.

Riders can register on the official event website, and further news for attendees is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
