Despite the uk’s famously slow building electric bicycle market, the NEC-set Cycle Show will this year have its biggest e-bike presence ever, with over 100 electric bikes on show.

The wide-ranging line-up of brands includes Ansmann, Powacycle, Moustache, Raleigh and Wisper, among others, backed by an e-bike specific demo track.

Moustache is appearing for the first time at Cycle Show. The French high-end manufacturer has an expanded line-up and features Bosch technology in its 2014 models, hitting the city and urban sports markets to mountain bike and trekking bikes.

Hitting the high-end of the e-bike market, Storck Raddar’s Swiss-built motors and German design will appear at Cycle Show too. The Storck Multiroad and Multitask range are ‘Classic Sporty’ style commuting and leisure bikes that have been heaped with globally. The alloy frame is double welded with two different materials and the welds smoothed to provide extra strength. The Carbon frame is hand crafted from the high quality carbon fibres.

Spencer Ivy’s classic designed electric bikes will be putting in an appearance too. Also made in Germany (Cloppenburg), Spencer Ivy’s bikes are easy to remember the names of – the Spencer and the Ivy – and use the Panasonic crank motor system.
