£20,000 prize and support programme scooped with SEDA Award

Cycle Systems scoops Santander social entrepreneur award

London’s Cycle Systems Academy has been gonged with a Santander’s Social Enterprise Development Award (SEDA), with £20,000 of funding won in the process.

The training outfit will also benefit from a programme of support to help them further strengthen and grow their business.

Speaking on behalf of Cycle Systems Academy, director Julia Lally says that not only is this a prestigious award to win, but the support and cash award will allow the company to push on with increasing their services and expanding the business.

“We are genuinely delighted and honoured to win a SEDA Fast Growth Award,” she says.

“Since starting the company we have always aimed to offer a first class training provision that will help create employment and this award recognizes these values. Going forward, we are looking to invest in our business and continue working closely with our cycle industry colleagues to further enhance the standing of bike maintenance as a career choice,” concludes Lally.
