Visitor and exhibitor numbers rise for the seventh edition of the Eurobike starter

Eurobike Demo Day is another record breaker

The Argenbühl-set Eurobike Demo Day prelude to the main show grew again this year.

A total of 2,318 trade visitors attended (up from 1,938 in 2012) and 147 manufacturers registered for the event (133 in 2012).

Journalist numbers grew too – up to 732 from 728 in 2012, from 37 countries.

“Demo Day is part innovation expo and part bike event, which makes it a perfect prelude to Eurobike,” said Klaus Wellmann. “It offers a unique opportunity to experience the trends of the upcoming season in action.”

Project Director Dirk Heidrich added: “Never before have so many trade visitors taken advantage of the opportunity to try out the coming year’s new bikes.”
