Intrepid Apparel now available to trade accounts

Cycle Show debut brand announces flexible stock terms
Publish date:

Intrepid Apparel has announced its availability to trade accounts, following on from the brand's Cycle Show launch in September.

Created by Jason Corbett, a Surrey mountain biker, the firm specialises in clothing for off-road cycling and has already scored some good reviews in the consumer magazines.

Corbett told BikeBiz: "Dealers can contact us directly and it is a very straight forward process to get a trade account set up. We only launched in September 2011, so we still have plenty of stock ready to deliver to the UK retailers and, for this reason, we are willing to be flexible with retailers to give them an opportunity to try out stocking Intrepid."

When asked what's different about his brand, Corbet cited a few examples of the technology and materials used within much of his product.

"The race jersey uses a fast wicking, ultra breathable material. The softshell uses a microfleece and is also extremely breathable."

This article has been amended. It previously said Intrepid was the only brand to use four-way stretch material in the industry (due to the high costs involved). We've since had it confirmed that this isn't the case and that at least one other brand in the industry features four-way stretch material in their products.
