John Owen has joined Vee Tire Co and will now manage the brand’s UK sales and marketing.
Formerly of Stans Cycles, Owen’s new role will entail all areas of sales and marketing, from arranging product tests to visiting bike shops personally.
Owen told BikeBiz: "I will be working enthusiastically to raise the profile of the brand within the UK and use my experience in the world of elite level "Enduro" racing contribute towards the development of the tyres."
Having recently launched a fresh website at www.veetireco.co.uk, dealers are able to order direct via a B2B login.
Owen adds: "Retail partners receive great terms with additional incentives along the way. Having ridden the tyres for a few months now, I’m completely confident in the brand and I’m super excited to get the wheels turning."
